There is no way for us to know for sure. Since Spain conquered Mexico and occupied Mexico for a couple of hundred years or so it seems much more likely his white blood comes from Spain than the UK.

Spain would be the likely choice (like most Mexicans) followed by France IMO.

It's basically the same blood. From genetic anylsis of British Celts - the Irish Scottish and Welsh - and ancient bodies found in Ireland, scientists now have a theory that the original Brits were a mixture of settlers from Spain and the area which is now Ukraine/Russia.

This is going back thousands of years, to the end of the last ice age. Before that, Britain and Ireland were covered in ice for about 30,000 years, so nobody could have lived here except Eskimos.

It's interesting that people like to call Canelo a Mexican of European descent, however when you see his brothers they look nothing like him. I believe that it has more to do with genetics than anything. I believe that Canelo is just as Mestizo as his family; A mixture of indigenous peoples and Spanish European imperialists.
