Yeah bro, maybe Canelo gets some shade from other Mexican boxers in the media but Canelo is in t.v commercials, on the covers of those tabloids when your at a grocery store and if you talk boxing Canelo is always the first boxer everyone want to talk about.

I even posted pictures a few weeks ago of when I went to his gym in old Guadalajara.

He is Mexican boxing for the average Mexican, without a doubt.

many times on social media mexicans hate at other mexicans and that is well known, but also there is a lot of hate from people from central and south america, and you can see this not only with canelo, but with soccer players, even the national soccer team gets a lot of hate... social media can be deceiving in a country such as mexico...
