VADA work to WADA regulations and protocol. If WADA regulations permit this substance out of competition, I don't understand why VADA have even flagged it.

Somone said something about it can be used for making weight too.

I can't see how using this wonder drug isn't cheating.
Two top runners got banned for using it.

This all seems like Lemimuezx got cheated and now even though it is out in the open they are letting him cheat Andrade as well anyways.
