This would be a very good fit and move for Golovkin; Fighting on either ESPN or the PBC. He can still keep his high American profile and publicity while still fighting on non Pay per view television.

On the other hand, It would be a very bad move for him to go into virtual obscurity, while fighting over the internet on some online streaming service called DAZN, where he will become very hard to find among the casual fans.

Either way, we know Showtime will give him the heavy bag lol
canelo is makin like 30 mil a fight. Has to fight on ppv. Even his weaker opponents he will make 15-20 mil

ESPN is free in most homes with a basic cable subscription showtime is not free at all to get they channels so there is your answer

Espn isn’t free wtf? It’s an extra charge in your cable. Costs like $9 a month in your cable bill multiply that times over 100 million households.

Now u see who is bigger

Canelo would be a fool not to go to ESPN or Showtime. Then again, his boss is an idiot.

Loeffler and Sanchez had been talking about GGG fighting Murata so maybe he'll go to ESPN to make that fight.

If canelo signs with showtime , he will have to mix it with the new hungry lions with haymon so don't expect an easy ride.
They also might want to pick better fighters for him than that lemon lemuiex seeing as there be the ones broadcasting it.
Things are gonna turn interesting now.

Just because it’s not a premium channel for the subscribers does not mean that it’s free. The per subscriber cost that the cable and satellite providers have to pay Disney to carry ESPN is by far the highest price of any cable channel and has been for years. It’s one of the reasons cable and satellite TV is so expensive
