The IRS is still getting their money. It's the local commission and sanctioning bodies that are having their cut minimized.Comment

And the available figures are bogus, so you look like an idiot when you use them. Everyone knows they're bogus. If you owed the WBC 3% of your purse and the commission 10% of your purse, and you were allowed to choose your own purse, since you own the company that is hiring you to fight, wouldn't you pay yourself less for fighting and keep the extra money?Comment

If the IRS is getting their legit money from the original purse, so why are the local commission and sanctioning body don't?
Am sure with this kind of information you have, commissions and sanctioning body's will need your services to maximize profit, right?Comment

You that is a non idiot, can you tell how much is the so called bogus that the IRS knows about but the commission and sanctioning body's don't you dimwit. And the available figures are bogus, so you look like an idiot when you use them. It's completely legal to structure deals in a way that minimizes liability. There's not really anything the commission or sanctioning body can do about it. If they raise too big of a stink, the fighters will take their business elsewhere.
A lot of A-sides have shell companies so that the event hires their company to provide their appearance. It's not that complicated. Instead of me paying you 5 million. I pay your company 5 million and then you pay yourself 2 million. Then your commission tax & sanctioning fees are only a percentage of the 2 million instead of the 5 million. In addition, you have all sorts of expenses the business can write off that the fighter can't. Further, now you're dealing with corporate tax instead of income tax, which is lower. And if you're smart, you structure things so that you really make your money on the value of your "company" increasing, which now falls under capital gains tax, which is much lower.
If you've never handled millions of dollars, that's fine, but maybe you should just watch the fights instead of acting like you know how the sausage is made?Comment

Lololololol been willing but hasn’t apart from when he read out an irrelevant email. Hearn also challenged Winkel to do it. Does that mean that Hearn is telling the truth? We are talking about the same Winkel that was saying “how can Joshua not sign the contract and let Hearn sign it” knowing full well Hearn has power of attorney but purposely attempting to manipulate public perception.
He was confronted by Deontay’s own interviewer, NES where he eventually came clean and conceded it was perfectly fine.
You are forgetting fighters of the past that have come out and spoken Ill of Winkel but in your eyes he is mother TheresaComment

Yes but in the same breath criticise and condescend the same fighter .What is the business sense of Joshua fighting Povetkin again? Joshua won by convincing knockout. Nobody cared about the fight to begin with. Who would want a rematch?
There's no potential fight in April. Hearn doesn't want the fight. It's going to be Whyte. Warren says the rematch clause wouldn't stop an April fight with Joshua. There are many ways to structure a two fight deal.
I wasn't aware you were a promoter. I promote to make money. Competition in the ring is irrelevant if it's not going to make the most money.
Have no idea what you're talking about. Since when do I complain about business? I've said over and over that Hearn made the right decision and I would have done the same exact thing.
What are you talking about?? Warren said the 2 fight deal would not affect a April fight? Is he talking on behalf of wilder? Lololololol. If Fury one in December Wilder’s team would not allow Fury to fight Joshua for the undisputed Don’t be silly. So Warren must be talking on behalf of team Wilder
Hearn doesn’t want the fight in April again is just your subjective opinion so I won’t bother to critique your own sentimentsComment

So how does all these affect wilder and his 2.1mil highest pay? It's completely legal to structure deals in a way that minimizes liability.
