They keep putting him in with the same come forward mexican style fighter. If he fought an Ishe Smith Willie Nelson or Vanes he might have have been better prepared for Charlo.

Those are some solid guys to fight in the near future too.

Ishe seems like a good one really soon in fact. He's older. He brings what he brings & doesn't seem to be pushing THAT hard to get the W. So its a good lil confidence building win that puts a name on your resume & shows you/teaches you some sh^t probably without it being too risky of a fight.

Just need to get VERY ACTIVE! With him being a young fighter it is really no excuse why he can't fight fight 3-4 times a year to get some work in. Overly aggressive to get off with that Power that he neglects Defense sometimes, hopefully Cunningham can get him to be more Patient and keep his Guard Up

Lennox Lewis got clipped by Oliver McCall the exact same way, they even tried to get up the exact same way

He needs to fight Ishe Smith. Tony Harrison and Julian Williams fought him after defeats and while both won, they didn't look that good in their wins.

Lubin was bright, cheery, smiling...it just didnt look like he was ready to be thrown to the wolves.

The Olympian kid that Andre Ward is mentoring! Him too! I see smiles, youth, I dont see the MEANESS required to put him in too tough right now.

He needs a live dog journeyman, who's going to test him, and wipe that smile off his face . He needs adversity like that.

Pretty much anyone a promoter sees that can make some money for him gets put in 10-20 complete sucker fights to start their career that they virtually can't lose if they are taking their training seriously.

That can give some of these guys too much confidence & a feeling that this sh^t is gonna be easy the whole way. And its f#cking not gonna be. Then when they are still smiling when that first real fight comes they might just get a shock to their system as reality beats their ass or takes them right out early like Lubin got taken out early.

I would do Harrison. His mental toughness is suspect . Ishe is good too. J-Rock seems too big of a step up for Lubin right now.

Lubin got caught cold with a perfect shot in the first round. That doesn't mean he has a bad chin.

Lubin is only 22 but then Munguia is only 21. Munguia has size and power but Lubin has a lot more speed, make it happen.

Terry Norris was 22 years old when he got destroyed by Julian Jackson.He recovered from that KO and when on to have an H.O.F career.Lubin will be just fine
