He was the lineal champ when he beat Klitschko.. That's a fact. Not that I care because I think very little of the "lineal" thing. He beat Klitschko two years before Joshua did which makes his win more impressive. That's also a fact.

not only was he fighting when he should have been suspended, he was suspended again and would have lost his license to box again when he tested positive for *******.
you seem to think that you can test positive for an anabolic steroid and a recreational drug [that also helps you lose a hell of a lot of weight...] continue to be the lineal HW champion of the world through a suspension in which you can't defend your title and nobody who actually fights can become champion. which is incredibly naive and ******. are all three of your personalities that naive and ******? and i know why, because you have a gigantic agenda perhaps even to the point of being on somebody's payroll

Look, whether or not your pea brain can understand lineages the fact remains that it was Fury who ended the Klitschko era. He beat him first before Joshua did.
For that a win over him would still be very meaningful for Wilder.Comment

It's marketing. He was the lineal champ but squandered that to piss by retiring multiple times and not fighting anyone with a pulse in over 3 years.
I don't care how they market it, and I'm sure once Wilder knocks Fury out he'll start saying he's the lineal champ. That's all BS. The only way to reestablish the lineage is for Joshua and Wilder to get in the ring and settle it like men. Until that happens, that lineage will remain broken.Comment

lineage is just about common sense. it's the guy who beat the guy within reason. fury vacated for all intents and purposes. either voluntarily or otherwise, his suspension for me is the big one, inactivity and 350 lbs a close second.
joshyua's clearly the best HW right now, wilder is clearly #2, one johsua and wilder ifht lineage will be reestablished.

Being lineal doesn’t mean you are the man, doesn’t mean you would have been the singular champ like they had back in the day, because the lineal champ doesn’t have to fight top ranked contenders or do anything really other than not lose and not retire. The man at LHW until he retired was quite clearly Ward. Before that it was Kovalev. Stevenson is Lineal but he isn’t the champ. Canelo just won the MW title off GG a few weeks ago. Before that GG was clearly the man, but Canelo was lineal.
Lineal is very overrated title. Really means squat unless it’s defended against good competition.Comment
