All over the forum, there's a bunch of bull**** about Hatton. Absolute rubbish.

Well, I've only seen his recent fight and I must admit I wasn't amazed.

I thought he was something special from all the hype I'd been hearing.

So, I was disappointed that he failed to live up to at least some of the hype.

Also, why let the others get under your skin so badly you end up posting stuff like this?

With Stewart the guy was beat from pillar to post by Sharmba Mitchell. If I recall Mitchell but him down twice in that fight & won every second of every round in that fight. So beating Stewart proved nothing in my book. Oliveira was definitely on his way out when hatton fought him; way past his prime & had been ring worn. Ben Tackie, come on!!!! KT dominated him & Mitchell won every round of that fight. So Hatton beating him wasn't a great feat. It's easy to look great against that kind of competition.

What Juicy is saying is a few home truths,maybe Americans cant handle the facts. He was a marauder against Tszyu and the Colombian because those were the tactics,to not give Tszyu time and space to execute the right hand and to force the Colombian onto the backfoot where he couldnt operate. Hatton is a pressure fighter,yes,but he has showed many times in the past that he can use educated pressure. In his last fight,he just looked like a blownup lightwelter,it was a flat performance and purely a weight issue. Its not an excuse its the truth!

I can sort of understand why he does it, theres a lot of hate of British boxers by SOME Americans on these forums, most of the time it' just ignorant people in general, take a look at what some people thought about Calzaghe before the Lacy fight, without ever seeing him fight, or just having hate in them. As i said, it's not everyone, but quite a few it seems.

Ok, well, that's not entirely true.

There are times that I can't stand to watch or rather hear about filipino boxers and puerto rican boxers.

That's only due to their fans, and I guess I can understand why their fans get so crazed and rabid over their boxers.

I think they feel like they have something to prove against the american and mexican boxers.

Also, I can't say much on certain topics because there was a time in which I didn't watch many matches.

I'm looking to rectify that by finding videos of the matches that are talked about passionately here.

Anyway, if people jump on here and talk **** about certain boxers for seemingly no reason.

Just take it as them having a bad day or not liking that their pick or favorite boxer was beat by the person they're complaining about.
