Usyk fought 5 Heavyweights at WSB at 3 of them big ones. 6´5 Junior Fa, 6´6 Joe Joyce and 6´7 Matteo Modugno. Btw Usyk KOed Modugno in the 2nd round.

That is more the question, ain't it? Usyk needs to be able to get enough snap in his punches to keep the HW fighters that he will always be lighter and smaller than off of him. If he can't hurt them, a Wilder or an Ortiz will just swarm him until they hurt him and Joshua will just pick his shots while pressuring and covering up.

Usyk is a true champ, and he is "smart aggressive", always dictating the pace in the ring and adjusting to his opponent. But he can hurt CW which is why he is so freaking effective. He needs to be able to at least sting the HW division crowd, or else he loses his largest advantages.

I don't know why AJ thinks big guys in Ali's era were clumsy. Where they clumsy?

I thought he was saying as I listened to the interview that him , Wilder and Fury were clumsy at the beginning. I could be wrong but that’s what I understood

Most big guys were including Foreman, his mummy defense was horrific.

That might never happen because he has an airtight defense and is smaller and quicker enough to avoid the huge punches from the naturally larger and stronger fighters at heavyweight. All he has to do is utilize the ring to his advantage by staying off the ropes and keeping the fight in the center of the ring
