                Ukraine is up there.....lomachenko and usyk are top 5 P4P fighters.
                If its based on the best heavyweight then its the uk
                If its based on the P4P best then usa with crawford
                And if its based on drug cheats then its mexico.

                  I didn't realize until recently that Dogboe is British born and raised and has lived there for most of his life. He has some tremendous potential but Africa's TBE? It's going to be very, very difficult to surpass Azumah Nelson and **** Tiger. If you consider Marcel Cerdan to be African (born in Algeria, turned pro and was based in Morocco for years) then it's nigh on impossible.
