Prime to prime he’ll probably lose. Point is, a 34 yr old inactive version of him managed to win 4 rounds isn’t it likely he’ll do in better in some degree if the fight happened in his prime?
Stop giving Floyd credit for beating Oscar like he was at his prime, just because Floyd will like beat him at his prime.

Fact is DLH wasn't fight Floyd when Floyd had lost, Floyd never pushed himself to get into that position although he had a very hard time with an older past prime Hoya.

One of them fought Oscar when the was a champion at his most comfortable weight, the other one didn't.
Oscar was the one that approached Pacquiao, wanting him to step up two weight to fight him, only just stepping up the fight before.

Just like Rocky Marciano's best win, choose to wait it out instead of fighting the main man at his greatest, act of an opportunist who doesn't want to test themselves.

And floyd’s record at 130/147 is better than his run at 135, last time I checked that’s the weightclass of one of his only debatable win.
The fight is at 147, after years of being there Floyd has grown into a full welter.
I don’t hate Floyd at all but it sucks he’s given automatic credit like “well he would’ve beaten them in their primes as well” so his wins over them is just as good as if he fought them in their primes even when they’re not.
It’s still a great win but let’s not make it something it’s not.
