If anything, based on the favt canelo is now on record giving in to ggg 160 demand for fight 1 and giving in to ggg money demands for fight 2. It seems that canelo is the one making the fights for the fans and for his legacy. He wants to be the one to take those belts and take that 0 and my God that's going to be sweet if he does.
    1.
If ggg cared only about money, he could agree to 60-40 split. But there was a risk to fight saunders for less money.

    2.
    60-40 split is not fair.

    3.
GGG was angry. Because he can not
fight a cheater for less money. He probably fought a boxer with doping in the first fight.

    4.
Canelo himself has fought Amir khan only because of money even though it was clear that everybody will critisize for fighting chinny welter.

    5. He agreed to 70-30 split in the first fight. Is it look like the behavior of a man who cares only about money?

    6.
Canelo couldn't beat ggg, so ggg can demand more money in the rematch.

Pretty sure it was confirmed by both parties that if Canelo fell through, BJS was next. So he definitely was willing to walk away.
I question the willingness because ultimately he didn't get what he said he must get to fight, which was 50%. Seems to me like it was simply a well played hand, with the BJS fight used as leverage.

Oh and he outright dropped it in my book. Fighting Dervy next was a condition of the sanctioning of the Vanes fight. The focus was on protecting the Alvarez fight from the moment it was postponed in March.

Don't waste your time! Canelo's pito is so far deep in Robi13 that he refuses to see common sense and facts! I think girls call it a crush!

True GGG just wants that big payday that's why he fought Vanes instead of Sergiy he didn't wanna risk losing that canelo lottery ticket. That's also why he doesn't have the IBF title. It'll take him longer to unify now but you know it's M.O.B. Money Over Belts lol

Golovkin's a fighter at heart and this fight was meant to be just that, a fight. Canelo wants to brush away the fact that he failed two PED tests. He's brushing it under the carpet when in reality it was extremely unprofessional, he cost GGG time and money, and fans that had made plans for May 5 were forced to change things and cancel their trips.

Golovkin has all the right to be upset. He came into the States in 2012 seeking high profile fights. He finally got one in 2017 and would have had another one in May had it not been for Canelo failing two drug tests. It's ridiculous how Canelo wants to act so nonchalantly about what he did. You can forgive the guy, yes, but for him to act like GGG and team are upset for no reason is just ignorant.

You do realize that the only reason GGG was involved in a big fight is because of Alvarez right. This is NOT a situation where GGG had multiple options for a big fight, chose Alvarez, and Alvarez messed that up.

Alvarez didn't have to move up and fight GGG. Alvarez didn't have to agree to a rematch. GGG did not miss out on a fight date remember. The only money he missed out on was the money he'd get BECAUSE of Alvarez.

Its funny, people have been using facts to form and explain their opinion of GGG. They use his statements, his decisions, his fight results. Yet you ignore those and claim they are just "angry canelo fans" who are hating. Seems to me, you just don't want to acknowledge that GGG isn't the perfect fighter that K2 marketed him to be (and you believed).
haha ah come on lad, these facts that i am talking about are failed drugs tests and clear favouritism from judges throughout his career which i wont start ranting about the dark world of boxing and how these things come to be. canelo is an amazing fighter yes but everything else about him leaves a lot to be desired. GGG the perfect fighter? what in the world are u talking about hes not even close to being the perfect fighter but hes good at what he does and is a clearly more likeable person than canelo. im not a major fan of either i just despise cheaters in competitive sports. Opinions are opinion but facts are facts and all the facts show canelo and his team cheating and manipulating there was all the way through this drama show
