Well, robberies happen all the time, regardless of the network or promoters affiliations.

If the money was right I'd fight anywhere. Same with Crawford, if showtime was paying 3x the amount as espn for a fight, I'd tell Arum to shove it and make the fight.

Fighters nowadays forget they are the boss and the promoters work for them. They too often just sit back and take whatever the promoter tells them.

Ok but that isn't smart and I doubt your lawyer or manager would tell you to do that.

I think you minimize the promoter and network deals. The fighters work for ESPN and TR. I don't think the promoters work for them. That may have been the dynamic years ago, but I think its pretty clear that isn't how it works now.

when a promoter doesn't do what the fighter wants and the fighter sues to get out of the deal, the fans blame the fighter-at least they did with Floyd, Ward and Mikey but that could be something else.

I seriously wonder why people still sign with that guy. The most successful boxer in the history of the sport did everything he could to get free from Arums clutches and once he did he went on to make the most money ever by a fighter. Than potential stars like Bud still go and sign wit Arum anyway. Man is great at his job, i dnt know how he gets big names to sign with his reputation proceeding him.

Man, f**koutta here with your insecurities. “I want to sound clever.” Nah, that’s what you perceive. Better ask yourself why. The difference in the round robin is the fights that can be made. You can’t name one intriguing matchup for Craw at 147 in that stable. That’s the difference.

Insecurities??? no clue what you are on to ?? enjoy Louis Collazo, and Andre Berto and Adrian Granados fighting the other PBC ww's...everybody has witnessed 4 years of PBC, what have we seen as marquee 147 matchups? Thurman-Porter, Thurman-Garcia, and now DSG-Porter, anything else I am missing? It's just pathetic to see fans who make boxing a racial thing, I don't rank any promotion ahead of another, I watch as much as I can. I could care less what channel its on, or who is the advisor or promoter, so many here draw lines what a joke

Yeah, insecurities. Like bringing up "fans who make boxing racial" in a conversation that had nothing to do with it.

It's not about choosing sides just to choose them. Terence Crawford has less options. When is the last time he was in a 50-50 fight? Compare that to Thurman-Garcia, Thurman-Porter, Garcia-Porter, Brook-Spence, etc. There is a HUGE difference in terms of the in-house fighting both sides have made and can make.

Then you said, "enjoy Luis Collazo, Andre Berto and Adrian Granados fighting the other PBC ww's."

Except for May-Berto, I don't recall the last time those three were in a bad fight. What boxing fan doesn't enjoy their fights?

Those names are pretty much better than almost every welterweight signed to Top Rank and Golden Boy. And they are the bench players, for lack of a better term.

If you can't see the difference, who's really biased?
