Fury not only isn’t in perfect shape he also took 3 years out not thinking boxing. So his muscle memory has gone also. Things he did automatically probably takes him a split second longer to do as he was wasn’t doing anything for so long and has to think about it, unlike floyd who’s in gym 24/7 and been boxing in diapers. Which is the difference between victory and defeat.
But fury can still beat wilder if he don’t get clubbed back of head.
But wilder will still get credit for beating a talented heavyweight in furyLast edited by hugh grant; 08-26-2018, 07:14 AM.

Tell me how much Hearn offered Ortiz that he turned down?

Final eliminator for second mandatory you ******. Breazeale is first mandatory and isn't getting his shot even this year.
How long would Whyte have to wait if he beat Ortiz? 2020 at the very earliest.
He has lost nothing by not fighting Ortiz and it proves he was right not to be manipulated by the corrupt WBC aka Wilder Protection Squad
He has offered Wilder career high paydays to fight him and he won't do it. He ducks nobody.

It could easily turn out to be just as long a wait for him to fight the winner of Wilder/Fury or Joshua.
But the point I was making wasn't really about the title shot anyway - more that Dillian Whyte is ****, and Ortiz would have beat him. Parker nearly KO'd him, Ortiz hits harder and is a better fighter.
I don't know if you just support him because he's British and you're motivated by blind patriotism, (sounds likely), or you actually think he's a good fighter (he isn't). I don't really give a ****. I'm British and I think he's ****.

The WBC was willing to hold another final eliminator this year as it was looking like Breazeale might be getting his title shot next, so the Ortiz/Whyte winner would have been next year's mandatory.
Nothing corrupt about it at all.

Whyte has never turned down an offer to fight an actual final eliminater for Wilder. Never!
The fact that Dominic Breazeale - who is Wilder's actual mandatory challenger - has had to resort to calling out Whyte after being sidelined waiting for his shot, shows you how much that bull**** "second mandatory" really position means.
It means nothing!
Respect to Breazeale for doing that!
