Povetkin shouldn’t even be in the top 10. Over half his wins came from when he was on the juice yet folks still prop him up. Why? In fact I’d like for him to be at the bottom of the list until he can prove a valuable opponent when off the juice

Yeah I see your point. Frankly whether he is ranked 2 or 15 it’s not the fight I want to see but nevertheless it’s not you or I that distinguishes who goes where. Just like if Tyson was to have a relapse and be out for a further 2 years he would still be lineal champion and king of the division even if Wilder or Joshua became the undisputed.

Ortiz popped for a precursor not an actual PED HOWEVER every test since and prior he was clean. The same cannot be said for Povetkin who has popped multiple times which is indicative this man fought over half his fights while on the juice

Apparently he tested positive for nandrolone, which is a anabolic steroid/PED and supposedly he didn't look great against mediocre when he came back.

Also after that his fight got cancelled against Wilder because he didn't dislose his heart meds.

You can't rate this guy and not Povetkin because both are PED cheats.

Arreola wasn't even ranked by the WBC which considering they had Stiverene number 1 when no other organisation would rank him is terrible. 1 mandatory in 3 years. Whytes now top 5 pretty much everywhere including the Ring magazine, brezeale is top 10, Parker top 10 still now .. where is Arreola and Stiverne ?? Even Charles Martin has gone back top 10 in some organisations I think that is way wrong).

Boxrec didn't even have him in the top 5. He'd fought pretty much nobody and struggled against guys that had fought pretty much nobody. You may be able to find some rankings that had him 3 or 4, but it was hardly a consensus. Stivene & King Kong were both consensus top 4 fighters when Wilder beat them.

klitchcko would beat Ortiz and stiverne on the same night gumbo....whyte and Parker would beat spilka and Washington without raising a sweat.

That’s the thing when your brain has decided to chastise 2 individuals irrespective of the facts. There is no denying Hearn and Joshua have contradicted,lied, looked meek, whatever tangent you want to go on. However, Having Hearn’s signature is normal practice. Joshua is his Client and Parker, Takam, Klitschko didn’t complain not seeing Joshua signature. It’s signed what more do you want ? That’s a legally binding contract to say I want to fight you on this date.

Why are you so concerned about the contract anyway he is not going to sign it. Just fall back with your nitpicking. At the start of this interview Wilder said there is no contract Joshua has sent then a few paragraphs later he says there is a contract with Hearns signature. I don’t expect him to understand as he is a boxer and it’s not his job to depict why Joshua’s signature is not on the contract.However Winkel knows ,yet he cleverly leaked it out there.
