I disagree. I think Povetkin has shown a visible decline in recent fights.

He couldn't stop Hammer, who has been stopped 3 times (by Tyson Fury, Mariusz Wach, and Robert Gregor).

And then he took a knockdown against a totally shot Price. Price hasn't beaten anyone of note in over seven years, and had already been knocked out four times (including one that was vacated after Teper failed a drug test) coming in.

Five years ago Povetkin would've been a very difficult fight for Joshua. But Joshua should not be struggling with him at this point in both of their careers.

        Great come back!

Strange part is you're now acknowledging AJ had a mandatory obligation and a deadline to fulfill.
Instead, you and your team are so important you had to respond 2 weeks later ignoring that the WBA and Povetkin were waiting on the sidelines.
And you're still blaming it's the other side's fault?
Contract offered had some blank spots. If Eddie intended it to be a serious offer he would have filled in the blanks before "sending" it to Wilder. What makes you think Wilder has to sign such a piece of trash?

I am a man of my word so I promised Wilder and a fight is what he will get but for all the belts. Sept 2019 Deontay you and me baby”

Will you Americans be saying the Lineal champ vs Unified Champ in April to determine the King of the division? Will Tyson still be the true Lineal champ or will he be the fat lying Gypsie? Tyson Fury has instilled hope in Deontay fans which is cool and sweet but the same way he has given it he can easily take it away from you. You have to be the architecture of your own fate like Sir Anthony Joshua🤫... oh you didn’t hear the news, after Joshua flattens Povetkin he will be made a Sir. Wilder heard this news and bought his title online.

Deontay Wilder Aka Duchess of Alabama
Well he certainly needs to be made a "Sir" since all he is at the present is a "pussie."

Hammer is a tough, durable guy. His loss to Gregor, in his first fight, was the result of a shoulder injury, not punches. He had only had 8 fights when he went up against Wach, who was way more experienced than him, and took a lot of hard, flush shots before going down.

Not KOing a tough guy like Hammer doesn't mean Povetkin is shot. Neither does taking one clean shot from Price, in a fight he dominated apart from that. He's probably slipped a bit, due to his age, and coming off meldonium, but I couldn't see any visible sign of it vs Price.

Price is a strong, powerful guy. And, for some reason only he can explain, he was more confident and aggressive against Povetkin - I mean really letting his punches go - than he's been since his first loss to Tony T.

To me Povetkin looked the same as he looked against, eg, Wach and Huck.

Wonder if you said Wilder fought the weakest Luis Ortiz... hmmm... I think I missed that post...

Joshua is starting to get a big ego why uk is starting to lose interest he came across as the man of the people but his racist rant at chambers and him saying he does it for him not the fans and that he knows how to play the public his style has changed with the beef hes put on hes not that fast killer was before the dylian whyte fight knocking out everyone being said was against lesser opponents stil think he's top of the pile but a ko defeat might not be to far ahead
