you mean eddie hearn's converted football fans?

he's literally blowing his load in one of their wives as we speak. if you're willing to let eddie shag your bird you obviously have low standards in regard to what boxing you're willing to pay for.

let them try and hide joshua behind dillian white. or alexander povetkin. or the atlantic ocean. eventually those two will have to fight, and eddie won'tbe able to help joshua once they are in the ring.

Some of them do. Whyte is a good fighter. He is a solid contender. He should not be called elite. He is not good enough to be called elite. If he is elite then elite doesn't mean much anymore.

What I don’t get is Eddie Hearn’s cult-like following. The man openly contradicts himself and blatantly lies at times and some treat him as if his every word was carved on a stone tablet atop a mountain by God himself.

He’s a freaking promoter of the Bob Arum “Yesterday I was lying, today I’m telling the truth” variety who will say any and everything to get attention or sell a ticket, which is not unusual. But I’ve never seen a boxing promoter with a group of supporters who thinks he’s a golden idol the way some of these Brits regard Eddie.
Well, Don King had a ton of clout at one time too. I think it's the same but Eddie is running with it a bit more.

In the US, you get fighters like Spence and Golovkin who have very thin resumes apart from 1 name, in both cases was a fairly even fight..

Wilder has an even worse resume. There are a few US based fighters with decent resumes like Kovalev and Lomachenko, but to say the US has unrealistic standards is laughable.

On the other hand, look at tHe matchups that the biggest U.K. fighters have had. Joshua has had Klitschko, supposed to have Pulev, Parker and now Povetkin, all top opponents. Brook fought Spence and Porter, both undefeated. Whyte has fought Joshua, Parker, Chisora and Browne. Groves has pretty much fought everyone at his weight, bar 1 or 2.

Froch before he retired had literally the best run of names in entire sport, back to back.

This notion that U.K. fighters have lower standard opponents has no justification. I would argue the opposite, in that US fighters need to start stepping up
I don’t side with the TS but Joshua’s resume is trash ****en coward and Whyte is a ****en bum.

A lot of UK fighters win some championship, get hyped up and they end up losing it once they step up and fight some non UK fighter. How many UK champs are there that are considered great and have defended their titles against non UK fighters recently? BJS and AJ?

I'd say americans are in general more knowledgeable of the sport of boxing. Mexico is there too, close. Any other country cannot compare.

Yes King was a prominent promoter with a lot of power, but I don’t remember him having a huge throng of supporters who took his word as it were delivered from the Queen Mother at the Last Supper.
