Actually a fight on before-after a game makes sense. A good lead in.
Remember Spence-Bunda after a Team USA Basketball game. Huge ratings.

So for years I've said HBO boxing is dying and that PBC will land a big deal on FOX.

Not expecting any apologies from the trolls.

There is enough to go around. Wilder was on FOX and NBC before while he was on Showtime as well.

Espinoza is opposed to that and doesn't like putting on too many shows during college football. He attacks the first six months and then likes to end strong.

I would love some Sunday afternoon cards before football season. Shame it never happens.

True I didn't think of this but 6-8 major fights on fox takes away fights from Showtime and now they wont be the only one developing fighters and wont have all the say to them.

It would make more sense for him to just put Showtimes budget for fights on after football on CBS.

I am not saying this will lead to showtime and PBC split however there is going to be a big change. Maybe more fights on cbs

                  That is very possible.

Did it though? Wilder vs Fury was always going to be on PPV, as was Wilder vs Joshua even if the fight took place in the UK.

And Garcia has been calling out Spence for two to three months now. For him to get paid what he wants, and Spence get paid what he wants, it had to be on PPV. Granted, these are the types of fights Hearn said he could put on DAZN. But no star fighter is going to a brand new streaming service that is yet to be proven in the states. Even Crawford was hesitant to fight on ESPN+ so they paid him like three million for the Horn fight.
