how was he "caught cheating"?
he fell ill and paramedics were called. it was all witnessed by a usada doping control officer. floyd gave the usada dco a urine sample, then was given an iv in front of the usada dco, then gave another urine sample.
mayweather's doctors and lawyers then prepared the application for a retroactive the****utic use exemption, which was granted.
everything was done within the rules and witnessed by usada.
retroactive tue exists to cover unexpected circumstances. mayweather followed all rules and procedures exactly.Comment

Here's the short version.
You are wrong. You clearly do not know what you are talking about. If you want to know all of the lies Hauser made up in that one article, here is the 25 pages it took to detail all the falsehoods.
UFC athlete, Tom Lawlor, of Las Vegas, Nev., accepted a two-year sanction after testing positive for a prohibited substance.
I know, it sounds bad when you say USADA showed up unannounced and got Floyd with an IV in him. When you tell the truth, that Floyd called USADA, they came and diagnosed him as being dehydrated, checked everything being set up in the iv, and stayed there the entire time to make sure nothing illegal was done, well why would HBO pay someone to say that?
Again, Hauser has never denied this. Not once.
USADA also stated on numerous occasions, that this happened the night before the fight. That they went there, when Floyd called them. And they diagnosed him as being dehydrated, and gave him the theruaputic use waiver, then and there. A day before the fight.
Again, since USADA has said this, Hauser has never once denied it.
This claim is beyond ******ed. So, USADA went to Floyd's house unannounced, caught him doing something illegal, and then never told anyone, except an HBO employee??? If they weren't going to do anything against Floyd, why would they even go there??? So USADA went to Floyd's house to see if he was doing something illegal, even though they were going to lie to protect him???? And why has Hauser never denied this?
Any credible journalist accused of making bold-faced lies, would push back if the journalist wasn't making up fictional stories.
This whole Mayweather-USADA conspiracy theory makes absolutely no sense on numerous levels.
But go on, defending this story, when the author of the story refuses to defend it.Comment

Of course, but WADA doesn't set NAC policy. The Nevada Athletic Commission has their own rules and their rules allowed IV. Floyd & Pac chose to hire USADA to enforce stricter rules, requiring USADA to confirm that an IV was for a legitimate medical reason.Comment

HBO hired Hauser to stop writing hit pieces about them and write hit pieces about their enemies instead. Hauser's hit piece about Mayweather contained numerous inaccuracies, spelled out in great detail by USADA's rebuttal. Hauser's hit piece painted a wildly inaccurate picture of the situation.
Dude, Floyd has USADA in his pocket .
The same USADA who let him take hours to give a piss sample . And the piss was all brown from masking agent .Comment

How dumb can he be lol. Why does he need to post on the internet that he is taking IV ?
Good job USADA. This time around USADA is doing their job.Comment

So for the purposes of IV's, the WADA rules and regulation trump all, this by contractual obligation. It isn't even relevant to the conversation what the NSAC allowed or did not allow.Comment
