      USADA isn't corrupt at all.

      100% NATTY BRAH

I think floIV knew that he can pay the USADA who is the most corrupt testing agency.

why TUE 21 days later? give me a critical thinking breakdown.

          you can't.
Did a damn near 3,000 post thread on this and you still didn't get it.

Plenty of critical thinking there and ALL OF IT was beyond you.

Sorry, but I aint about to waste THAT MUCH time again.

I'd rather your silly azz keep thinking you actually have a point.

Without all the facts, what is your critical thinking breakdown? Just curious. "Looks guilty" and "is guilty" are two different things. You feign objectivity, yet have ASSUMED that someone or everyone at the USADA were paid to facilitate this IV.

Here's the common sense part of critical thinking for me. If you have a medical emergency/immediate need for an IV, you're not going to get a TUE approved before you take the IV. Logic says that you'll have to formally and retroactively request the TUE at a point in time after taking the IV.

Should have paid USADA 100k to turn a blind eye.

                And applied for TUE.

we live in a world where bankers walk away with trillions in bailout for the economic disaster they caused in the first place. that's the official ruling. is the ruling fair or logical?

objective evidence with critical thinking analysis.

Floyd was found with an illegal needle in his arm. FACT.

Floyd broke protocol in the USADA. Fact.

USADA instead of punishing floyd for breaking the rules gave him something new called RETROACTIVE EXemptioN. They made up an exception for him after 21 days. the only other time they gave out that exemption was to another obvious roider, Cyborg.

tell me critically, how that makes any sense. HE INNOCENT CUS THE MAN SAID SO?

Yeah, because an outfit that gets 10 million dollars annually from taxpayers is going to risk all of it for a one-time bribe of what? Another 150K?

He wasn't "found with any illegal needle in his arm", the DCO was with him from 1pm that day, even before the weigh-in.

                      Protocol was followed, not broken.

That's why USADA, with knowledge that an IV had been given, didn't bat an eye when the TUE was eventually applied for 3 weeks later.

It was simply a formality for something all parties were aware of.
