If I were Beterbiev, I’d be calling Usyk out. Nothing to lose and everything to gain.
Not like his idiot promoter is going to get him a decent fight

That fight makes zero sense. Isn't Usyk moving up to Heavyweight?

Might not make sense for Usyk, so I doubt he would accept but if I’m Beterbiev my career needs a kickstart so I’m asking. Their fight in 2012 was fairly competitive.

Beterbiev would lose badly and that would hurt his career more than anything that's happened so far.

I doubt he would beat big guys like Wilder, Joshua and Fury, but I would certainly pay to watch him try. It's not like he is completely chanceless here, he is very skilled.

he would lose, look how he reacted to getting hit at the end of that round, knees buckled... and the guy he was fighting had no jab nor head movement. wilder, aj, ortiz, fury, and a few others beat his azz... hes a good fighter tho but lets calm down

Usyk has 11 KO's in 15 fights...but it's his skills/speed/stamina and volume of punches that make him a problem even for the big punchers at heavyweight. It's risky but that's one of the things that would make it so interesting to watch. He'd become a huge drawing power at heavyweight. I think both Wilder and Joshua would have a hard time finding him.

He walks around at 220 lbs...a few extra lbs of muscle and he would be big enough because of his other attributes. I'd like to see him against Oritz although I think he's too fast for Ortiz. But it would be a great test to see how does against a legit power heavyweight.
