joshua was a novice pro when those two boxed so its irrelevent.
Compare both fighters when they are at there maximum drawing power so in the last 2 years joshua has outsold canelo with ppv stats

If Anthony Joshua was actually on that type of money, the $50m wouldn't have scared the whole camp the way it did
i don't care who is bigger my point is joshua matches up with canelo for sure and canelo stock cannot get any higher ? Joshua on the other hand is still rising up the stock market

... and Broner fought both Khabib Alhakverdiev and Adrien Granados in Cincinnati, both fights after the Taylor fight.
we never count mexican american fighters as americans. not even oscar. they identify mexican.

check the ticket sales. the granandos fight was held in a smaller venue than the khabib fight for a reason.

spence fought at home once, im not saying he wont sell, but 1 fight is 1 fight.

It's important to note plungerman's stats are for the UK. So it is clear that Canelo is a bigger draw in the U.S. and Joshua is bigger in the UK, and edges him overall although I think PPV's may be comparatively more expensive in the States. I rated Golovkin ahead of Joshua because I've insisted that the average American knows of Canelo and Golovkin before Joshua. But I would concede that based on his local popularity that Joshua is ahead of Golovkin, at least.

            Well the top 4 are:
            1. Joshua
            2. Canelo
            3. Manny
            4. GGG

I think Joshua is bigger than Canelo worldwide now but honestly I’m not sure. Here in the US however, Canelo is still a way bigger draw that Joshua.

There doesn’t seem to be a clear #5 for this list in my opinion

Lomachenko is pulling in decent numbers on ESPN. I had him ahead of Manny by maybe Manny would draw better tonight if on regular ESPN. Maybe so would Crawford, or Mikey Garcia though draw better than Lomachenko.

Biggest start in boxing is clearly Canelo he is biggest thing in USA and Latino countries. He is the A Side of boxing, Great PPV numbers Great paychecks

Second Place Manny Pacquiao worldwide known even by casuals In or outside USA

Third Place : GGG Since Lemieux fight he got pretty big name in USA and he is well known in Europe

Fourth Place : AJ i would put AJ on third place if he got bigger recognition in USA. Not many people in USA know him. But in UK and Europe he is well known person

                Fifth Place :

Tyson Fury - He has big name in Europe comparable to AJ but i think he is less known in USA than Joshua

Terence Crawford - Could be next big thing if he had little bit bigger mouth, he is known person in USA but in Europe no one heard about him outside of boxing fans. I compare him to GGG fanbase but little bit smaller in Omaha he can fill fight anyday in month we talking about 10k plus tickets sold.

Adrien Broner - I think in USA AB is really famous in and outside boxing he has big persona. And his ******ity is making him famous. Some of his bs he says is core of boxing memes. And his fights always have good ratio.

and Lomachenko could get the fifth spot easily if he fights Pac and beat the old man. That would boost him he had good fight with Rigo, but in my honest opinion it was only Rigo who made the promo. If he fights Pac and win that fight in good sound. He is next ppv thing

Canelo and old Pacquiao, I don't see anybody after that.

AJ is getting overrated on here. He's a huge local draw, but nobody knows him outside of the UK. Pacquiao and to a lesser extent Canelo are worldwide.

Pacquiao yes, Canelo no. Go ask the average man on the street in Europe or Asia or even South America who Canelo is, they won't really know unless they're boxing fans. He just isn't that well known outside of the boxing world in other countries

Pacquiao is a genuine worldwide recognised star. That said, how many people are interested in paying to watch him fight right now is another matter.

Pac is much more famous than Canelo or AJ. Those 2 have similarities. Big draws where they fight or home country but nobody else really knows much about them unless they follow the sport.
