"Isn't with Haymon" can mean a million things. Haymon has a variety of arrangements with fighters. Some fighters he totally controls, some fighters he gives advice when asked. WBSS dealt with Haymon when negotiating with those two fighters. If you don't believe me, that's cool. Maybe someone else will eventually report it, maybe not.

Why exactly would Prograis need Haymon to negotiate his deal with the WBSS? If he needed Al for the WBSS, then he would be with him already.
