That was Joshuas doing, he was asked in an interview about if fighting Whyte would guarantee a Wilder fight, and he got visibly angry. Saying if he wants to fight Wilder he'll send him an offer, doesnt need a rivals fighting to guarantee anything. Joshua put the leashes on Hearn, and Hearn changed his tune about the offer.
