Saying if he wants to fight Wilder he'll send him an offer, doesnt need a rivals fighting to guarantee anything. Joshua put the leashes on Hearn, and Hearn changed his tune about the offer.

Pedvetkin wouldn't owe him that because there are no rematch clauses in mandatory defenses. Remember Sasha is the #1 contender not a voluntary contender. Therefore, Joshua is obligated to fighting him or he faces getting stripped of that WBA title.
