    If Povetkin wins...

I'd be LMAO if Deontay would still want a big paycheck with Joshua,
    and not with Povetkin.
AJ would surely want a rematch with Alexander.
What would happen with Wilder then?
It would take at least a year to see AJ makes a comeback victory with Pov, if ever.
Where will Deontay even make $3 mil with?

that would be really sad for AJ

povetkin is 38 and was beaten up 6 years ago by a cruiser....he also swerved wilder much like his next opponent....

AJ would be laughed at and considered a disgrace

so whatever....im sure wilder will be fine making 3 mil a fight while still the unbeaten HW champ of the world

meanwhile you guys would be even more disgraced than you already are

try to have a good day today...remember one day at a time

they wont be able to freeze wilder out....the only other fight they could viably make without backlash is fury if fury somehow fought a good opponent next and looked good

the media will trash AJ if he doesnt fight wilder in april....you guys might think you fanbase will continue to support AJ and weak fights ...and they might...but there will be public backlash/pressure from the boxing media

its not much of a different situation than canelo/ggg....same type of stuff...canelo the cashcow...younger guy not really in a rush and wanted to do it on his time....eventually the public pressure became too much...

youd need fury to get better/look good in a hurry...and even after that youd have to fight wilder

AJ wont be able to freeze wilder out without reprecussions

AJ would make at least another $30 mil minimum in the Pov fight, win or lose.
Deontay would be lucky to make $2 mil in the Breazeale fight.
Bottom line is AJ would be better off financially 20x over compared to the undeserving Klitsch ducker.

Seems to me gaining titles is no longer relevant in these forums.
So let's just talk about fighters' worth in $$$$$.
This is what interests fans nowadays, first and foremost.
          Fk titles.

you already have guys like parker and lennox talking about AJ in a not so positive light....others in the boxing media are doing the same....and thats now...imagine him trying to freeze wilder out for another year plus?!?!? it wont fly....

it would be far more of a disgrace to lose to a 38 year old povetkin than it would be to wilder...at least with losing to wilder AJohnson would still have some dignity left

              quick question though

if he lost to povetkin would Anthony chickenson be interested in rematching povetkin in vegas? like he was interested in fighting wlad there?

or would it have to be at home "for the fans"?

Yeah well I don’t know how anyone can support a so called Champion talking about “freezing” out his #1 rival.

That’s unmanly in my book, this is prize fighting and I can understand waiting until you feel ready for the challenge or to hype the fight more but to say you will willfully not fight someone for no real reason other than I make more money than you is disgraceful.

We'll then see the long line of bums Deontay would be fighting in for less than $2 mil.
One of those bums might catch him cold. Who knows?
