AJ is lucky the HW division is garbage right now with really only two guys that can beat him.

No?
We don't do blind patriotism like the Americans. Everyone is entitled to their opinion.
Joshua DID change his tune. No doubt about it. Does that mean it's a duck? Hell no. His reasoning for changing his tune was very fair IMO.
- Nobody told us what Wilder would get from the $50m offer. How could Joshua be sure he was getting a fair slice?
- Wilder would have EVERYTHING else in his favour if AJ said yes.
- If the fight exceeded expectations Wilder could have got $55m and Joshua got $55m. As the draw in this situation, AJ is not going to give up EVERY advantage for only 50%.
Let's be real here. If Wilder offered guaranteed $50m or 60/40, maybe 65/35 split? AJ would have probably accepted.Leave a comment:

Damn, nearly all of England knows that AJ & Hearn are ducking Wilder.
It must be real embarrassing.
I give them and the Mexicans credit, they'll call their own countrymen out for ducking (Canelo).Leave a comment:

Lewis wanted a rematch with Tyson rather than Vitali but that's not what the rest of the world wanted.Leave a comment:

Waste of time for you. There is no argument to be made, Lewis chose to retire rather then fighting Vitali again. I know what happened during, before, after, 10 years before 10 years after. Fact still remains Lewis chose to retire because he didn't want to fight Vitali. I Said Lewis was saved by the cut, I didn't say he didn't cause the cut. You forget, Vitali didn't train to fight Lewis either, Vitali would have been far more prepared in the second fight, and he would have destroyed Lewis. In Lewis' prime it would have been a better fight. But if your not just a fan of Lewis, you'd realize Vitali was the better overall fighter. Please don't attempt to give me a history lessons, I don't post unless I'm educated on the subject matter.TKO 6 first of all. Sure he was losing the fight at the time but he won rounds 5 & 6. Fights are 12 rounds not 6. The ref & doctor stopped the fight after Lennox busted up his face. The Vitali defence was a VOLUNTARY defence as Lennox was suppose to fight Kirk Johnson & Vitali fighting Cedric Boswell on the undercard. Johnson tore his pectoral muscle 2 weeks before the fight so the man Lennox was said let's keep the card going & i fight Vitali. NO rematch clause in the contract. He beat him & retired. Sure many wanted to see a rematch but obviously Lennox wasn't into training hard anymore as he was out of shape following his year off after beating Tyson. Vitali is always in great shape & gave an unprepared Lewis a tough fight but Lewis still landed enough to smash up his face. How he ended his career? Voluntary defences vs Vitali, Golota, Bruno, Botha, Briggs, Holyfield, Rahman, Tyson, Tucker. Those were just his voluntary defences. 7 of those 9 were world champions. Botha won one but was stripped for failing for PEDS. HE ended his career as a top 3 HW of all-time & an argument can be made he is the greatest of all-time. George Foreman thought so...Leave a comment:
