Clear to you based on what?

If Wilder had signed and he wasn't next he can just pull out the fight and say I signed to be next.
Wrong. That's not how contracts work. He'd be bound by whatever he signed, not by what Hearn claimed on IFL.

It's bizarre you and others on here think Eddie is out to trick Wilder into signing some dodgy agreement.
I'm not saying he expected Wilder to fall for it. But clearly Hearn's decisions were motivated by a desire to fight Povetkin first and delay Wilder until 2019.

When Wilder is now is Finkel's only client and it takes him 2 weeks to review a contract it is clear Finkel didn't want Deontay to take the fight.
Wilder isn't Finkel's only client. It didn't take him two weeks to review the contract. He's had the contract for less than two weeks. He'd had the contract one week when he said he'd send a signed contract later in the week and that one week delay was caused by Hearn refusing to put in the contract that the fight would be next.

But until the purse bid actually takes place, you can sign to fight Wilder and request an exception.

The extension to the negotiating period and the exception to the fight have nothing to do with each other. You're making things up.

I cringed for Wilder in that interview. Wilder just did all this to sell his name and fatten his upcoming purse but in boxing you get paid off your resume, not your acting performance.

Hearn makes a valid point. If Shelly emailed him on Monday to tell him he had a few "comments" about the contract, why would it take another 5 days to actually send those "comments"? Obviously at that point, Shelly knew what the comments were, so why the delay?

          Makes no sense.......

Makes no sense because Hearn is lying. Hearn's point is only valid if he's telling the truth, but it makes so little sense the chances of him telling the truth are minuscule.

Finkel says a SIGNED CONTRACT was going to be sent this week. They were willing to cave on the rematch clause and just needed it in the contract that the fight would be next.

The offer is on the table. If he doesn't sign, we all know what's up.
Well technically that's true. He was given an offer and he accepted it but the contract was blank; With no opponent, venue or date. You can't blame the man for exercising his Due diligence. He examined the contract and saw that it was unenforceable. That's not negotiating in good faith. If Wilder's people held all the cards and offered AJ a similar offer, then that wouldn't have been fair either. I would have called them on it just as I am calling Team Joshua on it and I am one of the biggest Deontay Wilder's fans on this forum.

What part of the WBA president saying they've had enough extensions don't you get? They had a limited time that was extended over and over again, and he then demanded an agreement in 24 hours.

Right, but when the 24 hours is up, the purse bid doesn't take place immediately. It has to be scheduled, often weeks in advance. So there was still plenty of time to sign the contract this week and then file for an exemption. I've already explained this to you, you're just choosing to ignore it.

nah bro, they put up multiple millions for a HW title purse bid in 24 horus. might need 25 but that's really pushing things

the WBA is getting in teh way of the biggest fight in boxing?! my ass they are lol. if they were ereally that adamant about it you'd tell them to go pound sand and that you'll keep the sanctioning fee when you go make 50-100 million against deontay wilder in las vegas.
