However, DAZN working in the US won't be easy because of ESPN+ who allegedly is willing to buy fights from all promoters to put on their Network Ass Well!

Eddie Hearn approach wasn't the best to start this DAZN deal to be honest. Instead of trying to TAKE FIGHTERS AWAY he probably should've tried to work with Haymon as well as others because for DAZN to work in America he is still going to need Dance Partners for the fighters he is able to sign. I don't want DAZN to be another Road Block for Big Fights! If he signs Jermell, does the Jermell Charlo vs Jarrett Hurd fight still happen? So just signing fighters alone doesn't really do anything.
Bingo! The initial approach was wrong. He basically figured with his war chest of cash, he could take whoever he wanted. But Al has A LOT of loyal soldiers. Not that easy. He helps them in other ways outside of boxing and makes them a lot of money by playing the system. For example, he has them co-promote to write off expenses and then has the fighters make money off the actual gate by promoting and selling merchandise. So like you said, don't try to take fighters away from him, but instead work with them by putting them on DAZN and then see what happens down the line.

That’s what I was thinking. Can’t just assume it’s exclusive without seeing the contract

That's still not as many subscribers as Showtime and definitely not more than FOX and CBS.

Sure, but FS1 is just good for prospects and mid level fighters. The right fees FS1 pays for those cards is minimal compared to what SHO or ESPN or HBO pay for theirs. So Haymon will need more than just FS1. Will need FOX or whatever streaming deal FOX does.

Apples and Oranges. Haymon tried to tie up EVERY network. TR and MR have two exclusivity with one entity each and aren't trying to make a monopoly. Haymon has Showtime with the exception of Anthony Joshua all to himself so why don't you mention that?

Haymon is doing it on Showtime right now isn't he? So you are saying that is bad and hurts boxing right?

Hearn himself said that he has it exclusively and that he would work with other promoters to put them on the network just like Top Rank gave DiBella a slot for Prograis on ESPN and a couple off tv undercard slots.

Hearn didn't post the contract he signed but if he has 125 mil a year I don't see them putting more money than that into boxing. At least off the bat when they made big investments in Bellator and will undoubtedly be investing in other sports too

If HBO's budget increases, why don't they give Al a call and try to get some of the PBC cards? Now that they have lost TR, it makes a lot of sense.
HBO's Boxing Budget will never go up again. They will be out of boxing, once Canelo is finished. They don't need Boxing, they got Game of Thrones which is all they need.

so where’s your proof it isn’t exclusive?

When Eddie negotiated the deal I’m sure DAZN spoke with Haymon GBP etc. Hearn had the best pitch
