lol man no matter what you say they will give hearn a pass but condemn wilders team, I understand they love the guy but the fact that they cant at least admit that he has been on some bullsht during these negotiations shows that its really no reason to go back n forth with them. sometimes I do it to get through work but its become too much, they are too unbalanced and unfair. its obvious what has happened here with the WBA "24 hour" crap. was there even a purse bid yet with pedvtkin?

Wilder took 4 weeks to accept the offer. Wilder's side also sent a contract back unsigned even though they already agreed to it. Finkle is just wasting time so he forces the Povetkin mandatory. Looks like he got his wish. Now for another episode of Wilder shouting "Bomb-squad" on twitter.

Ha!!!! So he wanted the contracts SIGNED and THEN he wanted to pick the date and venue? Um, is the contract signed for 2019 or something? Why exactly does he already have a venue and date for that fight already? All of a sudden once he gets word that the contract will get back to him by Friday, the WBA gives a 24 hour mandate? Aren't you ignoring the FACT that Wilder said he had no problem fighting in the UK. Are you ignoring the fact that Wilder said that he understood that he had to take short money to get the opportunity to be undisputed.

What Wilder says and what he does are completely different things. If Wilder would have refused to fight in the UK people would have rightly accused him of ducking. So he made out he wanted the fight but really didn't. You know he wants this fight in the US. He's on film saying as much. Or are you going to ignore this fact?

I said to hurry things up. Hearn had a time limit with the WBA breathing down his neck. Not all fights have a time limit the way this one did.

Why did it take Wilder 2 and a half months (10 weeks) to negotiate from a flat $12.5m fee, with a confirmed date and venue (September, Wembley) to a $15.5m flat fee with unconfirmed date and venue.

In 10 weeks all they could get for him was $3m extra, an unconfirmed date and venue and in the end a whole lot of wasted time thanks to the WBA taking action which they knew might happen.

He must have some of the worst negotiators in the world to have let this fight fall through and he needs to be asking serious questions of his team right now. He needs to wise up.

Povetkin is a much bigger fight, so showing him off gets more people interested. More people, more PPV buys. The others where never going to interest the public all that much because they weren't fighters at the top of the rankings. So there was no need.

Since we are sticking with the facts as you say. YES. Given the fact that he was quoted as saying that he believed the fight would be signed on multiple occasions. Notably within the last two weeks he said “But I believe this fight will 100 per cent be signed in the next three or four weeks.”

Yes, but as time went on and nothing was being done, you're confidence will surely take a dip. And who can blame him?
