Well, if you're a 24 carrot idiot you'd think he's worth it. Wilder is a 2 bit nobody that should be thankful he's being offered any more than 4 mill. Because even that's above what he's really worth.
This argument is said and quite frankly played out. Only fans think that a fighters prior purses play a role in determining purse splits. Let's find something else to discuss, the hyperbole and exaggeration at the end of your post re: 40M is a waste of both of our time.

No, they gave Povetkin a shot fighter with the worst chin on the Joshua undercard to get his name out there for a future fight. Everyone knew Price stood no chance.

Do you really believe Hearn could sell a Joshua/Price fight? That wouldn't sell to even the blind fans. So you're clearly pissing in the wind with the nonsense you just wrote.

I mean you have the date and venue already set for 2019, but don't have it for October or November? Their bluff got called and Hearn was in a rock and hard place. He had to do what he could to stall this fight. No coincidence all of a sudden the WBA mandates a 24 hour deadline out of nowhere once Finkel told them they would get the contracts back by Friday. It just makes WAY too much sense for Hearn to push it back to 2019. Only thing is, it is now going to cost him some money as Wilder will be demanding a lot more than the $15 million he would have gotten this time around.
There was no date or venue because Hearn wanted to save time to get the contracts signed. Once the contracts are signed Hearn can then get the date and venue down. It would have been Oct or Nov time with the venue being Cardiff. IF Hearn had of got the date and venue done before the contract was signed, we would have been waiting for longer. And with the mandatory hanging over him, time was of the essence.

So save yourself from writing a load of bull**** down. There are enough Wilder loonies around as it is. No need to add to it.

Most folks agree with this and perceive it as a chance to build the Povetkin Joshua fight that's already booked for 9/22.

I guess Hearn was diligent enough to book a date and location for Povetkin Joshua, but not for Wilder Joshua. If I were him, it's what I would do. Wilder Joshua in Wembley generates a much higher gate than Millenium in Cardiff.

To be honest, what we should be getting in Sept is Whyte vs Wilder and Joshua vs Povetkin this Sept. All Hearn had to do was guarantee that the Wilder Joshua fight happens next.

A shot fighter ? Lol, Big Dipper never even had been a fighter to get to a point of being shot his career high point is a win over Audley Harrison in a fight the ring walk lasted longer.

Povetkin is an Olympic gold medalist his credentials and stature within the division clearly have him head and shoulders above anyone not named Wilder or AJ currently active fighting at the highest level.

I don't think its been done before, and until somebody can give me another example, I'll continue to say it's Hearn's doing. They have a "regular" HW champ, why isn't Pedvetkin his mandatory?
If it's in the rules of the WBA, then it's in the rules. The fact you're arguing over it serves no purpose. Hearn didn't just all of a sudden ask them to create a new rule.

Man Joshua and Hearn have been screaming about not signing contracts because of small details, but Date and venue not a big enough issue to not sign?

So in those same 4 weeks that Hearn inaccurately claims that Team Wilder was sitting on the agreed to offer, you're telling us that Hearn couldn't get a vene and date for Joshua Wilder fight? Yet, in that same time frame he could get one for the Joshua Povetkin fight?
