Why is it ok for Crawford-Spence to marinate but not AJ-Wilder??

I don't think the issue is with either fighter. They both want the fight. I think building it makes sense.

The problem is when idiot boxing fans try to make everything equal when it isn't. Yes, Floyd/manny felt too late after 5 years but Ray/Hagler didn't necessarily feel the same even though we also waited 5 years for it as well.

Ray and Hearns wasn't too late, it was built over a couple years while both made defenses even though they were clearly the 2 best ww's. Ray even had the 2 big Duran fights before Hearns,making the Hearns fight that much bigger.

I think if Spence fights Thurman and the Danny/Porter winner and Crawford fights Manny and another top WW or fights Loma in a big fight, the Spence/Crawford fight will not feel like it was over marinated.

Welter much deeper? Then why is Vargas considered the "next best option" for spence? And who is Crawford gonna fight next? The crawford vs spence fight will be great, crawford been one of my two faves for 5 yrs now and spence is great to watch. This will not be a successful ppv even if they wait 8 years. These boxing suits need to,make this while they both primed IMO

I’d rather crawford get another fight in to acclimate even more to the weight. Not only that, but number “1” Thurman is injured and neither Spence Or Bud have fought what were the number “2” and “3” (to many) before Thurman changed that. Thurman is the one who’s done some work, not so much the others. As far as I’m concerned, it shoulda been Bud vs the winner of Spence/Thurman but we all know how that’s gone.


Wilder and Joshua is the default 1 and 2 at HW thanks to Fury goin kff his rocker. No kne wants to see any other fight unless it’s Fury and Joshua... and we’ll need a few fights from Fury first.

Literally...no one wants to see hw boxing unless it involves AJ with preferably Wilder next... theres a lot of fights at 47. Involving about 5-6 7 guys.

spence/Crawford doesn't have that demand and wont command the type of money it could yet...AJ/wilder already commands very healthy numbers for both....real simple
