I always knew he's not going to hire Schaefer. Yet fighthype kept writing articles about it making it appear Floyd is going to take over and become a super promoter in the sport.

All he needs to do is watch Mike Tyson documentaries! I struggle with my own children all the time! I tell them "I've traveled down that path already! I know where the potholes and dead ends are! Floyd is trying to make a go at it as a promoter. Maybe this goes like his career- starts slow, grows slow, then eventually he gets the big fight and uses that to jump start his rise to the top.

He definitely needs to bring in a Schaefer type that knows more about the business end.
