Didn’t YOU decide to take some months off to think over your career after you lost the title. Didn’t Floyd decide to put you on his undercard in August 2017 with Conner McGregor against Anthony Peterson, to get your career back on track. But didn’t YOU get injured during training camp for the fight against Peterson. Weren’t there several reports about your lack of discipline in training, showing up late, injuries throughout 2016?

the main problem is they have no tv deal so hard to keep guys busy. They promote some of Haymon's cards but need their own deal. Young guys need 5-7 fights a year and he doesn't have any deal to keep them busy

its because the guys aren’t getting their contracted minimum fights. That’s the reason most of the young fighters are upset and they fight like the matchmaking. Those are the reasons Saul Todriguez and Theophane and Lionel Thompson left for. Bey was out in the shelf too. Tanks issues are that Floyd is trying to control everything. Guys like rolando Romero and Josue Vargas are begging to leave because they aren’t getting their contracted amount of fights guaranteed to them.

I met one of the fighters at the Santa Cruz Mares rematch. He said MP are a bunch of amateurs. They don’t get opponents until fight week then they fail their Medicaid or aren’t approved by the commission. He said they basically don’t know what they are doing

The guy has one of the biggest egos iv ever seen. For anyone to think he wants to see someone surpass or accomplish what he’s done is foolish. It’s his way or the highway. Don’t see why anybody thought that would change as a promoter. Hope these guys find someone to manage them better.

EVERY promoter has disgruntled fighters that want to leave at some point whether it's Oscar, Arum or Floyd it's just the nature of the business not every fighter on the roster is going to be happy and there is absolutely no guarantee that the grass will be greener on the other side either....it's simple really, every boxer wants to fight, become superstars and make big money but only a chosen few will actually succeed in that.

Floyd is an insecure ego maniac, a never ending self promoter. It's always about Floyd and that's why he'll never be a great promoter.... for anyone but Floyd. Floyd negotiates tough because of Haymon but he's a terrible businessman and easily manipulated by his fawning, ass kissing crew of henchman.

When Tank went to Florida with Cunningham, instead of Vegas (and I heard Floyd pleaded for him to move to Vegas) I knew things are going bad! Floyd calling out Loma, and Tank calling out Farmer! If I were Tank and Tabiti, I might be a little salty too, but I don't really know how they're living! I hope they eatin', but you never know! I know Devin Haney hasn't signed, Spence Jr. didn't sign, and they spent a lot of time in that gym!

Most boxers find success when they move away from their old neighborhood. Tank seems to want to live rich in Baltimore. Not moving is a sign of his lack of dedication to greatness.

Great Boxers don't really make for good Promoters or Trainers unless they're Hands Off! He has the name now find some people with the KNOW HOW and no I'm not talking about ***ing Leonard Ellerbe. Put together a REAL TEAM also hire an experienced BOXING MATCHMAKER and just let them run it and you show up to use your Drawing Power to help promote the matches and try not to spend other fighters Pressers talking about YOURSELF!

Also have to understand these fighters likely won't have your work ethic or drive and most certainly won't have your talent or skills.

Great post! I couldn’t have said it better myself. Floyd loves the spotlight too much. It’s beyond comical how he spend more time talking about his glory days instead of the boxers that he’s supposed to promote. There’s a reason why he will never get quality superstar-level boxers like, Spence, Crawford, etc, under his banner. He should just take the De la Hoya approach by fake smiling for the cameras and have legit knowledgeable people running the promotional side of things.
