When lederman gave the first round to GGG I knew it was going to be a bullshit night, they need to have at least 3 guys. Plus lederman is old as dirt, maybe the cutoff should be 60 or 65. Boxing is fast pace with a lot of nuances, most people that watch boxing don't even score the fight. They see the scorecards are off with lederman and it's a shitstorm. A 78 year old man shouldn't have that much power.
Do you agree with this?

Ward vs Kovalev was the closest. I thought Kovalev won, but I don't have issues with Ward winning. I know body language isn't everything, but even though I thought he lost and was knocked down early, Ward fought and looked like a winner during and after the fight, while Bradley and Canelo didn't.
Pac won clearly, even if Bradley did enough to win four rounds. Pac did seem a little lazy and disinterested in some of the middle and late rounds.
GGG also won clearly. A draw wasn't too bad, but if the judges had Canelo winning, it would have been terrible and almost as bad as Bradley winning over Pac.
Lederman is pretty out of touch and bias towards certain styles, I believe he only gave Bradley one round lol. I don't think it has so much to do with agendas or siding with the HBO cash cows, he just gets a hardon for aggressive fighters and he tunes out for slower paced defensive minded boxers.Comment

I think people need to rewatch the first 3 rounds of Canelo vs Golovkin much closer. When I first watched it I thought Canelo won all three rounds but since then I've watched it again many times and I gave Canelo way too much credit for flurries that didn't even connect. I had him winning one of those 3 rounds just barely. It was the second or third....Can't remember which.Comment

I still can't see how anybody could score the first PacBrad fight for Bradley. I went back and scored every remotely close round for Bradley and I still ended up with 115-113 for Pacquiao. Harold Lederman is an awful scorer btw.Comment

Pac/Bradley I felt was close but I should rewatch that one.
Ward/Kov I was also close but I felt Kov edged it out and got robbed a little on that one.
GGG/Canelo in my eyes was a washout, Cinnamon ran like hell thru the whole fight and only showed small spurts of resistance to GGGs onslaught. GGG went forward for the whole bout but showed that his offensive skills weren't enough to corner or put Alvarez in any real trouble. He still dictated the pace and had him on the run the whole time, for Alvarez to get a draw off that so he could keep his belt was pretty lame.Comment
