You dont understand the US Market. Boxing in the US is the equivalent to Womens Boxing in the UK, it's small, niche and attracts a small portion of viewership. Wilder v Joshua however is a fight which can generate mainstream audience cos of the belts, undisputed, both heavyweights, big and large, english speaking and Wilder's Chance to become massive as well as Joshua. Joshua and Wilder are both having to take a heavy paycut because Femi wants this fight in the Uk
I bet that GGG is more known to an average Joe from the street than Wilder. Conduct the poll and put your "niche" ideas to the test.Comment

You may argue that Wilder would make more if the fight was in the US, but the possibility of earning more is not the same as being asked to take a pay cut? The reality is that this fight will make Wilder many, many times more than he's ever seen before. That's primarily because of the profile of his opponent and the multiple belts he brings to the table.
If AJ gives him a fight Wilder gets a massive, massive, pay rise. Fact.Comment

Genuine question, has anyone been to Wembley or the Principality stadium in December / Feb? I know both stadiums have roofs, but is it not freezing? Especially for a main event that'll kick off at 10 or 11pm.
For a big stadium fight in the UK, summer would seem make a lot more sense, so September or bust? Fingers crossed it's next up.Comment

Why is there an assumption that the deal is a bad one? Say what you want about Hearn, but the last time Hearn made a weak deal Wilder's team - rightly imo - went straight to the press. They've had this deal long enough now that you can be damn sure we'd have heard about it if it was a lowball offer - so surely it's safe to assume that it's not a particularly bad deal.
If Wilder accepts the deal AJ is contractually obliged to fight.
Once again, people seem to be way more excited by the prospect of one fighter ducking the other than they actually are in seeing the two in the ring.
People need to chill the **** out, seriously.Comment

Martin had the option to have AJ go to states, but as there was more money on the table he chose to go to UK. He got a great deal and nobody was unhappy with anything about that.
AJ was the champion versus WK, so he rightfully opted to fight in London. Also, Klitschko is not a whiny ***** like Wilder, and was very happy to fight in front of 90,000 fans and put on a great event and fight.
Honestly, answer this: Is AJ the A side or not?Comment

This is the things with Americans, you assume people give a **** if you're interested in them.
AJ won't lose any sleep if he never steps in your ****ty Donald Trump backward redneck riddled embarrassment of a place, ever.
UK is where it's at, and Wilder can come get sparked or duck, but the ball is in his court.Comment
