Come on Wilder .. you owe the boxing public for that 40 record ..

No Whyte , next fight and a record pay day to fight for unified champ how can you not take it ???

.. or as Finkel would put it Deontay is still a baby heavyweight who needs protecting from anyone on a top ten list.

Its probably the UK drug testing he's really scared of the US testing can't have been doin anything with the amount of pot in his bloodstream.

Guess this is the answer that they turned down the 50 million and are going to fight Pedvekin. Battle of the juice.

IMO they are not going to fight Wilder. Fury is looming around and that is the fight they really want. Less dangerous and very lucrative.

The Wilder camp has met every demand and they keep raising the bar.

I don't know how anybody can't see this. Now is that the AJ fans wants the Wilder camp to pay him the $50 million and let AJ fight in the UK. What a fan base he has.

They don't want the fight. He should just come out and acknowledge it. His dad has. Eddie never had any intentions of risking Joshua's future against Wilder.

I've never seen anyone claim that Wilder should pay $50m and go to the UK.

It's widely accepted that Joshua would take a pay cut but he's willing to do that.

I'm not saying I agree with Joshua's stance per se, but it's worth clearing up that no one is expecting Wilder's side to pay $50m if he travels.

First AJ offers a flat fee of $12.5 million, no matter how much money the fight makes. Then Wilder said the fight would generate $100 million. So AJ said, guarantee me $50 million and I will accept the same day. So Wilder offered AJ a guarantee of $50 million and if the fight does over $100 million, it is a 50-50 split.

Then Hearn says he doesn't believe Haymon, Showtime, and Finkel would pay him. Then it wasn't serious. Then Hearn could not help but call people names, so there was no use in negotiating. Now, the money does not matter. Either accept the fight in England and both fighters get a fraction of what they would if they fought in the U.S. Wilder can either accept a pay cut of tens of millions of dollars and fight in England or no fight at all.

Even if Wilder agreed to fight for free, anywhere AJ wants, and at anytime AJ wants, Hearn would come up with some other excuse.

This is beyond just plain pathetic now. It is the clearest case of ducking the boxing world has ever seen. AJ let down an entire country. The holder of three heavyweight belts is from England and refusing to fight the only opponent who could beat him. Makes the whole country look bad. It really does. AJ had a chance to bring back boxing, to bring interest back to the heavyweights. He has instead chosen to refuse to fight the only challenge and also has changed his style to the same as the robotic Klitschko's. Not the fights fans want, and not even fun fights to watch.
You keep repeating the same thing everytime, aren't you tired?

These guys are all backwards. The weather in London is wet and cold, and all there is to do there is go to a dusty museum or drink. That's how they fill stadiums, lots of bored, cold, drinking going on. People come to Vegas to blow up, get big. That's what the 50 mil is about. No comparing the weather or the big spenders. How does a bunch of locals in the nosebleed section compare to that?
