The fight won't happen until Wilder finds his ****ing pen.

He's got to go to the champs backyard if he wants to be the champ.

AJ ain't paying him to fight in Vegas.

      • If Hearn ducks this and AJ fights Povetkin, I hope Povetkin knocks him out. I think that's highly, highly unlikely, but I'll be hoping for it all the same.

Nothing is worse for boxing than this big money diva mindset where if you've been more successful, then everything has to be 100% on your terms and if anyone disagrees they can go to hell. If I were at the head of the sanctioning bodies I'd make it a rule that every title fight has to be negotiated on a percentage basis and you're not allowed to offer the challenger less than 35% - any less than that and you're either making an unfair offer or it's not a fight that should be sanctioned anyway. This might cause more champions to drop their belts, but that's fine by me, that's usually a decent indicator of who the cowards are.

        • If wilder doesn't take it, means he's not sure he can knock Joshua out because it would be almost impossible to get a decision in the U.K.

Wilder wants the fight in the states although he should come over here to grab the belts if he wants them. AJ and his team want it here, but I don't think they want this fight yet. No criticisms there, it's only nowadays everybodys "duckin" if they don't fight on the fans terms.

And thats why dummies arent involved with jobs that require thinking skills .

35% of what Wilder would get is 15 Million or over .

Wilder is WORTH 2.1 Million based on his highest pay .

Wilder is NOT a ppv fighter anywhere .

Add in unification and that IS 25% .

25% of the projected overall revenue in the U.K is about 12.5 Million. .

Wilder wants 40% Which is about 20 Million or over .

A flat fee of 12.5 is still amounts to way over what Wilder has ever made and we KNOW Hearn raised that bc thats how negotiations work .

On the contrary if fighters had a SET % they would just take the easier fights and leech of whoever the champion is ,you just dont know what your talking about .

Its going to eventually come out what Hearn offered them and if its 15 Million but less then 20 Million and Wilder declines it WILL be clear who the ducker is ....lol

This is why you guys shouldn't talk about money !

Hearn works for AJ, not the other way around, remember that...
And your a mouthy wee c*nt..save your mouth for some matchroom man meat

Its Hearn & his dad avoiding this fight first & foremost. They put in the lowball offers, theyve leaked to the press how theyd rather avoid wilder for a few fights yet. Hearn was happy for aj to fight miller in the states..now he wants it on his terms in the uk. Hes making joshua look like a coward...hearn knows the fans will give him stick so hes trying to say its out of his control. He makes tge fights on joshuas behalf. Its amazing ho2 they didnt lowball wlad who was there for the taking...no lowball easy charles martin nor stiff parker. Its hearn that puts the fights on, its hearn who makes the fights. Where was the caution when they were jumping on the corruption & buying Fury's belts from the orgs. Its hearn...aj does what hes told..or what hes manipulated to think he wants.
Aj isnt the brains of the outfit..despite his flexing & trying to sound philosophical or gangster(watford massive) David price sounded like a media star compared to aj in front of the camera & off the cuff. Bellew made aj look like his battery had died

                • If, as some suggest, Wider is definitely going to flatten AJ and AJ and Hearn know it, would it not make more sense to be knocked spark out for the most money you can get?

                  Makes you think.

What I don't understand is people saying that Hearn/AJ don't want this fight yet.

All evidence points to the contrary.

THEY initiated negotiations and made the first offer.

THEY have a track record of making big fights.

THEY got to a position of power by taking risks.

THEY have made an offer that is clearly substantially better than their opening offer to fight in September at Wembley.

All Wilder has to do is say yes and the fight is on. Forget about $50m. That is simply not relevant if AJ says the fight must happen in the UK.

Wilder wanted to win the lottery and land the fight in Vegas to potentially earn over $50m himself. AJ took that payday away from him and offered a different deal. Wilder simply has nowhere to go. He is stalling in the hope that AJ will change his mind and fight in Vegas for a payday.

However, AJ will never change his mind. He will never potentially give Wilder 50/50 in Vegas despite what he said. It was a throwaway comment as Joshua didn't think it was possible. Wilder doesn't deserve 50% because he is an unproven PPV draw who only currently earns $2m per fight.

Team Wilder need to change the offer if they don't want to fight in the UK.

                    • AJ wasn’t slapped with no money because wilder promoter refuse to meet up with Aj promoter to discuss the details of the deal

Calling Wilder a coward when AJ won't come get that 50 mil, and haggles over splitting the purse at home. That is unreasonable. Why should Wilder fight for less money? Especially in a Stadium full of beer swilling AJ fans.
