If the wbc cares so much about making this fight, they should drop their sanctioning fees to make up for the extra money ggg wants.

The WBC sanctioning fee for championship fights from the boxer is 3% of all revenues. Since there are 2 boxers involved that makes the total WBC take at 12%. GGG wants the split to go from 35% to 50%, that is a 42.9% increase in revenue for GGG. Your proposal the WBC make up the difference makes no financial sense.
