If GGG is unhappy with the offer he received from GBP and genuinely wants the fight. Why doesn’t he and his team draw up a proposal that guarantees Canelo at least what he took home in the first fight, with a 50/50 split of all the revenue that exceeds Canelo’s guarantee, and have K2(or what ever banner fights under) become the lead promoter for the event? Similar what Wilder did with AJ. That way Canelo gets his money, GGG gets the split he wants, K2 finances the event, and GBP would no longer be coming outta pocket to give GGG an amount of money they don’t feel he deserves. Problem solved.
