Clenbuterol is basically a fat burner not a steroid dumb a.ss. Canelo was caught with trace ammts consistent with contaminate for meat, passed every test after, passed hair test, and now is enrolled to bada 365. Stop bitc.hing and speak the truth! Your boy ggg shook of bossnelo, also... you don’t know shi.t of what he will do next, you’re just the typical hater who will stick around and see what his next move is, even though you hate him. The fight had to be delayed because Golden Boy had just been set up and involved Hopkins and Mosley otherwise Floyd wanted them right there, to jump from his lower weight to 154.

Dela Hoya losing 2 fights was nothing special. He had lost to Mosley who was highly rated and pound for pound one of the best at the time and also to Benard Hopkins who was way bigger than him and hadn't lost for a very long time, both fighters future hall of famers. As for fighting Ward, man you need to be able to apply a principle rather than just pick every literal word. I said the likes of Ward which shows he needed well proven fighters on his resume than fighting the guys he fought. Apply what Floyd did to GGG and GGG would have been very successful.
Yeah right, not so fast. Oscar not only lost to Mosley but on everyone's scorecard but the ones that mattered he lost to Sturm also. In fact he only had two more victories after losing to Mosley in his whole remaining career, Mayorga and Steve Forbes. Oscar though was still a very lucrative opponent, so not only was Oscar lower risk than Ward he was infinitely more profitable win or lose. The closest comparison would be Froch, whom Golovkin did call out but Froch was not having any. Golovkin also called out Mayweather to defend his title at 154 but Floyd wasn't having any either, no surprise there.

I hate to have to defend Canelo and Oscar, but I'm going to in only one instance here. Loeffler mentions the IBF situation, but that's their fault too. By all accounts, we were told that Derevyachenko was willing to step in short notice to face Golovkin. Apparently, he never even got a contract offer. Had they tried to put the Derevyachenko fight together, and gotten it out of the way, they wouldn't be in this situation. But they took the easier fight with Vanes and the IBF is now calling for him to fight his mandatory. They can't use that as an excuse.

With regards to how much he should get paid, I think GGG has earned the right to demand a larger piece of the pie than what he was offered in the first fight. That fight did huge numbers, and it was because of both fighters. He doesn't deserve a 50/50 split, but he does deserve a "good" split.

          Canelo can go kick rocks

Not only is he the most protected fighter in the sport but he’s under suspension

Let him fight Sullivan (no way he gets in the ring with Jacobs or Charlo) unless he gives GGG a fair %

Personally don’t care whether they fight again anyway

After the cheating scandal Clenelo is washed up.
He was never this big draw in the first place.
The only time he sold ppv is against big names.
He can’t caryy a ppv as the cash cow.
It’s a total myth that he’s bringing all these ppv buys.
He needs GGG just as much.

[Both fights are more than big enough for the Canelo Show to draw MGM Resorts and backing from HBO for PPV; Canelo also gets north of 70% of the pot in both fights].

              Alvarez vs Jermall Charlo
[HBO will back the PPV without question, and if MGM Resorts doesn't want the fight, JerryLand will be happy to host Alvarez vs a native Texan, in Texas. Alvarez also ends up with north of 85% of the money on that fight].

We're talking about $25m, with the Mexican TV money, interest from MGM Resorts, and basically 700k PPV homes backing the Canelo Show for Canelo vs TBA.

And Canelo won't fight outside of Vegas, where he can get all advantages.

To Floyd, who was Golovkin? What did he bring to the table at 154? Fight Golovkin at 154 to prove what? GGG was a nonentity in Floyd's days.

                  Other than that, carry on!

Do you think the clenbuterol scandal will hit Canelo's capacity to draw Scipio or are most of his fans not concerned?
