When Tyson lost to Douglas, it's no ones business if he was partying and clubbing before the fight. He lost he lost, that it.
There is nothing you will talk to downplay that tremendous and exciting win which is dubbed one of the best fight in decades.
I didn't say it wasn't a great fight, and I didn't say it wasn't a great win. But everything has context.

Beating Wlad coming off a pedestrian decision win followed by a loss followed by a 1.5 year layoff is not the same thing as beating Wlad in his prime.

Just like beating George Foreman in the 1990s. Does it matter? Of course, but it's not the same thing as beating Foreman in his prime.

It's his best win. Nothing more, nothing less. If Ortiz goes out there in his next fight and looks like a faded geezer, it might mean less. If he goes out there in his next fight and KOs another contender like Parker or Whyte or Pulev or Povetkin, it might mean a little more.

If you're looking at overall resume, I think Joshua has more quality wins than Wilder. Doesn't change my prediction for the outcome of the fight.

I was never trying to make a direct comparison between the Ortiz win for Wilder and the Wlad win for Ortiz. Just pointing out that the Wlad win for Joshua doesn't mean as much as it would have a few years prior.

Ortiz best win was a boring laboured points win over Malik Scott who Derrick Chisora manage to knock out.

When Ortiz first came to the UK Dillian Whyte publically called him out but Ortiz ran away and fought Dave Allen instead.

What’s obvious is that Whyte will fight anybody and deserves a title shot

it's okay, I can relate with your analysis but I will never support the corrupt wbc placing Ortiz in a final eliminator with whyte at the back of a loss.
Wilder fans fail to acknowledge that error.

He would be a lot more deserving after besting either Ortiz or Pulev and that is a fact. Chisora in a disputable decision, not so much

Whyte wants to fight Wilder who beat Ortiz but Wilder wants no part of him.

                    So stfu *****es.

Damn it’s hard being Ortiz everybody ducking this man hard.
Dillian a giant chicken running from an old man.
Joshua vs Wilder is all but set.
Beat Ortiz and put yourself into position to be the WBC mandatory for Wilder after the AJ/DW fight.
Ortiz got this man running for cover
