    1) Unfortunately those are the breaks. It's much better to have a rigorous drug-testing system so that we can move towards the goal of having a clean sport, even if it means a missed payday for the opponent of the fighter who breaks the rules.

    2) Would Wach really want to fight someone who is using banned substance anyway? He might not care, but I'd say that he should

I remember seeing Daniel Cormier being told that Jon Jones had tested positive and that their fight was off - he immediately burst into tears. It's tough, but it's the only way.

As for Molina not knowing what he was putting into his system - if it is true then he is being punished for his own (and his team's) ******ity. Athletes really have to get used to the fact that they are responsible for what goes into their system. His reputation will not be as tarnished as if he didn't have any kind of excuse, but his penalty shouldn't be reduced in any way.

We need to stamp this **** out of all sport (but especially combat sports)
All this talking aside, it's UK anti doping agency who messed up here. If they released this info soon enough Wach would find himself other opponent, there are no excuses to release PED tests 2 years later. Because of UKADA that fight is wasted.

Anybody know how dexamethasone could improve athletic performance. I'm looking but coming up with nothing.

Why would a UK AD suspension affect his fight in Poland? He's already paid for this imo, Joshua nearly broke his neck

I often wonder what they might have found in Mike Tyson's blood had they tested him when he was sent to slaughter against Lennox Lewis. I have always thought he was on something designed to keep him docile and sleepy.

Wach certainly has reason to be p*ssed about this. But apparently UKAD had problems with Molina being abroad which caused significant delays to the process.

I can't really comment on how much a fighter being based abroad should impact on the time it takes to serve him with a ban, but I can definitely understand that it would delay things to some degree.

There should really be international agreements in place between the national bodies which could stop these things being such an issue; but bureaucracy - as usual - gets in the way

I don't get these WBC rankings..... he gets KO'd by Joshua. Then gets a majority decision win over a guy with 41 losses and his next fight was a WBC eliminator?
