Good. Dont take that step aside money. Jack vs stevenson was not worthy of a,winner or a rematch. Im sure them, two wanna rematch but move on. Time, for new champComment

I mean he has some good pedigree too...he has good size and looks the part...he did better against Chilemba imo than Kovalev did/was doing (Chilemba's arm was 'hurt' but he was also getting beat up worse than he was against Kov)...Gvozdyk had been handling business against everyone before his last fight, looking the part and KOing them easily.
I understand the guy he faced is durable but based on that last fight idk what his top level is. Gvozdyk in the Chilemba fight probably beats Jack/Stevenson (unless Stevenson lands something big; still not sure about Gvozdyk's chin). He will probably have to face someone decent in his next fight regardless, so should say more about what his level is.Comment

My bad, I get you now. Despite the wording I don't think Jack is entitled to another shot as it was a voluntary. But knowing the WBC you might be right.
I remember years ago Barry Hearn and Don King having a dispute over Benn and Eubank's contracts. So Hearn did a deal that he would promote their second fight as a last big earner for him, and afterwards the winner would be under contract to King, and the loser would be under contract to King. The fight was a draw so conveniently for Hearn he was able to wiggle out of the deal. Maybe WBC/Stevenson go for the same technicality here but I'm hoping not.Comment
