It's because Kovalev knows Stevenson will never have the sack to face him. Here we go again with the salty truth and the fake news nonsense... Gotta remember who did what and frankly Stevenson got screwed by both Hopkins and Kovalev at specific times... Of course he didn't push too much in between but the facts are there for those 2 fights that should have/didn't happen...
For Kovalev to hope for a Jack win says a lot about why he as been all talk and no balls about Stevenson for a little while now...Comment

He's right. Badou Jack has proven his willingness to take on top challenges. Stevenson has spent years avoiding them.Comment

For the life of me I can't understand why these clowns can't get this! Who was lining up to fight Ward and Hopkins? That was very high risk, low reward for the most part. I don't agree with a lot of things Kovalev has said, especially about race, etc, but nobody can deny that he's tried to fight solid competition all along while Stevenson is holding his belt hostage for quite a while now.Comment

Even if you blame Kovalev for the negotiations falling through the second time, how does that stop Stevenson from numerous other fights? This is about so much more than Kovalev. While all these other fighters at 175 were duking it out, Stevenson's competition has been ****. Jack is his best fight in years and he's moving up from 168.For the life of me I can't understand why these clowns can't get this! Who was lining up to fight Ward and Hopkins? It's so ****ing obvious how Stevenson has avoided challenges during his title reign. I hope he got old and Jack beats his ass.Comment

Agreed and I get it to a certain degree. Every man deserves a good living. And the Bellew win was good in retrospect but at the time it wasn't even that big of a deal. I just want Kovalev to get a chance at the lineal championship that should have come years ago. To be fair you addressed me first so my opinion must matter to you a little bit. You could had just ignored me, since you think i am a troll. lolLol ! By me stating that you're a troll spitting nonsense is calling you a liar or delusional. (or both)
And the new account most of the time means that your previous account was most likely banned lol and for good reason. If that doesn't include you, I apologize sir. Glad to have you aboard. Your opinion is not as welcome though. (in my opinion)
Thanks for the welcome. It's some pretty cool topics on here

You actually addressed me first on another topic and that's what tipped me off that you have a irrational opinion when comes to boxing. I can make a lot of assumptions as to why but that hasn't worked so far and that's not truly the way I like to do things so we'll agree to disagree too on this one, but I do suggest that you read up on this topic a little more. I've followed this saga for a long time and I assure you, Kovalev has wanted this fight and has asked for it several times. No way he was the reason it didn't happen.Comment
