What's Garcia's best win now that he seems to be the new boogeyman for Lomachenko... is it AB who never beat any top level fighter he faced unless they were way smaller than him? Is it Salido who people called a journeyman bum when he beat Lomachenko? Is it Martinez who Loma beat handily but Mikey got put down against? Is it Lipinits who has never beaten anyone you could pick out a lineup? Is it that other guy who's name I can't even remember because he was an absolute nobody who held a belt somehow at 135?

I wasn't expecting him to win easily and he didn't.

Hard to beat a longer, heavier fast athletic guy.

Linares is vulnerable to hard one punch power but Loma doesn't have it.

It was not an easy match up, especially because of the size, Linares was 155 ripped and crisp punching.

who does these scorecards oscar de la hoya? linares won round 6 with the knockdown cong**** to him. i think we have an underdog mentality going on here. round 1 was close but loma landed the cleaner punches. why does linares win it? cause he didnt get destroyed? this is not how you score boxing. boxing is not like basketball where you spot the other guy 5 points when you start. he won round 6 and maybe maybe 9. the other rounds...no he did not. loma was the one landing the clean shots to the head and body and snapping his head around with his jab. he also had the better defense as he was rarely caught clean. its like you are giving linares any round in which he connects cleanly. stop. learn from me.

He beat his share of world champions, former or current. I won't boxrec his ass, but in his last wins Crolla and Campbell are all ranked top 10 at 135. When you beat back to back top 10 fighters in your division, your legit.

Nobody said Linares is P4P but he's a legit solid lightweight belt holder who wasn't an easy challenge for a smaller man.

Linares never had been outboxed, he was beating up bad De Marco before GTFO.

He's kinda like Kahn, very good fighter with bad intangibles, especially a bad/average punch resistance.

Idk wtf these commentators were watching. I had Linares up by 2 going into the tenth. Teddy atlas is dumb AF
