This deal basically doesn't work with established ppv stars, talking Floyd, Pac, Cotto in their hey day, Canelo and possibly Joshua now, at that level those guys are better served on network ppv. As for everyone else, basically the guys that are making $5 million a fight or less, it's open season.

Obviously some guys are going to show loyalty, but Hearn will sign a lot of elite fighters, and they will be better for it, financially, activity level, etc.

I wouldn't necessarily be looking at specific names, but all these other promoters are going to be looking over their shoulders, and I can see a lot of business with Haymon fighters.

Who would be top of your list really?

      Broner? Shawn Porter? Definitely Spence.

You’d be sceptical of some of the bigger names like Thurman who will want to fight a few teletubbies. I know they had to make a splash but someone like Thurman would want overpaying to fight a fisherman. PBC was/is such a noble endeavour but that definitely has happened

He will LAND SOME PBC guys but it won't be Spence Jr, Charlo Brothers, Wilder or any of the TOP GUYS he want BUT you could see them on DAZN if Eddie is willing to put up the money for their Fights to be show on DAZN. Eddie also made it clear that you don't have to be exclusive to DAZN and you don't even have to sign with him to be on DAZN so it seems to be a Open Invitation to not just FIGHTERS but also Promoters as well

Just have to wait and see but I think the focus should be on not just PBC Talent but the guys that are NOT with PBC currently. Guys who are on the Shelf with Roc Nation/Throne Boxing like getting Dermanti Rock, Dusty Hernandez Harrison and others.

Also haven't seen Luis Olivares since 50 Cent's SMS Promotion died. He is a talent that should be contracted.

Devin Haney (Hearn should be tuning in tonight to see how he looks in a decent step up)
Demetirius Andrade (Desperately needs a platform to fight on!)
Logan Yoon (Like Regis Prograis a KO Artist kinda flying under the radar only 19)
Antonio "****" Williams (reminds me of Tank Davis a bit)

Plenty of young talent who are NOT with PBC who need better representation as well! Haymon is NOT going to stop guys from going over with Eddie just as long as the money is right and the fighter is getting compensated to the fullest.

Realistically, Hearn's move would be to gobble up any fighter/promoter without real access to TV.

Thompson Boxing, All Star Boxing, regional managers, etc. Heck, with the money assumed on the table, I'd even make the move to buy Main Events and what's left of Gary Shaw Productions.

A bunch of prospects, a name fighter if you can get them, and test out the young Matchroom fighters or vets not heading to Box Office.

Isn't the show budget about $4M per show for this streaming platform? You think he should be overpaying some All Star Boxing flunkee vs trying to nab the best free agents in the game that are with Haymon?

This looks like a go as big as you can go move. I doubt they could get their wish list of free agents, but I don't see how they don't acquire some of them cuz the money is gonna be sexy enough to entice them just enough to sign with a promoter finally. And for some of them it'll be the best decision they've made in years cuz a bunch of these Haymon guys could use someone like Hearn pushing them. Its a win win situation.

Signings are likely to start next week I imagine. I expect he will spread them on purpose, his first is likely to confirm an extension to Joshua. It's just the best way to market it and get more publicity.

Names I have heard mentioned from Eddie Hearn, with two specific fights; khan vs broner and ward vs Bellew.
I suspect he has some of these lines up and others he is mentioning to try and tout.

                Mikey Garcia
                James DeGale
                Deontay Wilder
                Jermall/Jermell Charlo
                Jarrett Hurd
                Errol Spence Jr.
                Keith Thurman
                Shawn Porter
                Leo Santa Cruz
                Abner Mares

The best way to market it is to announce that Joshua is fighting on DAZN.

Also for those who weren't aware his current roster includes:

                      1) kazashtan - Daniyar Yeleussinov
                      1) Irish - Katie Taylor
                      1) USA - Jacobs
                      (1) N Irish - Ryan Burnett
                      2) Welsh - Joe Cordina & Sean McGoldrick

The rest is Scottish (3) or English (43)

Just highlights the big task he has, but also a roster of 50 ish currently. You would imagine he will slowly drop some of the English overtime also of course, particularly as I assume he is going to want to mix some American fighters in all the U.K. Fights now .
