i was expecting this since you didn't follow vargas career, ward is exciting ONLY, when he has a partner that is willing to take punchs and doesn't have good defence as him.

ward v. gatti 1 classic, 2 was dominated by gatti, 3 why the hell they even make a 3rd one, but it was better then the 2nd fight but not close to their 1st. gatti carried ward in their 2nd fight

So he sucks?? it doesnt matter how or what screwed up a mans career..he had the choice to take those fights no one else..The world tried screwing over the greatest fighter ever in muhmamad ali when they drafted him into the army...but when he came back from suspension he was still the greatest...so no excuses for vargas.

ali, though out for 3 years he was in exibitions through out those 3 years and ali never had a back problem or back surgery.

didn't ali lose to a novice in leon spinks? yes, yes he did.

didn't ali get a few gift decisions, yes, yes he did.

so relax if you hate vargas fine, but the man is a warrior, and to be honest it was him who really pushed himself to fight the top fighters so its not totally his people fault.

I mean all i ever hear was vargas is so exciting to watch hes the mexican micky Ward...are they serious?? i mean i have watched about 12 of his fights and i dont think hes exciting at all.Most of the time i watch him hes taking sever punishment just to land one hard shot..hes very average and i wouldnt be surprised if mosley stopped him again.Then after that fight maybe we wont have to see vargas again cause i really dont like him.

Vargas was a dominant junior middleweight back in the day. He only lost to the top guys and they were all close fights. He also has a TON OF HEART which alot of fighters lack these days. He gave it his all everynight. He maybe wasnt the most talented of fighters but he was as real as it gets. Have you not seen the Maciunski , campas , marquez , quartey fights ? all dominant exiting fights. He will stop Mosely this time.
