Great speed, solid power. But very stiff, and his feet need work. Mayweather would clean that up.
    True....he didn't look good...

He dominated won every round, doubled up velez in landed punches, busted him up like nobody else has but because he didn't knock out velez somehow that means he's not good? Come on. SMH Velez has never been knocked out for a reason he is iron chinned. Took a beating kept coming but Garcia too fast and too skilled. Extremely impressive for a 19 year old. I give him a A- would be a A if he got the knockout. No 19 year old even fighting guys on Velez level let alone dominating them. You got prospects much older not doing what Garcia is doing.

It's not about the win. We knew he'd beat that guy. But he's gotta clean up some things. He needs a real trainer. He's too talented and athletic to not be moving better. At 19, he could be special with the right team. He's got some things you can build with.

in reality he can say whatever he wants but we all know that there is absolutely no way Oscar makes that fight anytime within the next 3-5 yrs.

Well there you have it, the kid needs a more fluid defense he could bring his hands up instead of leaning back which can cause a brutal KO in the future. He can improve but Davis is a level above and so is lomachenko.

Sadly you might be right. But that's the guy who could make him special. He's got gifts you don't see in young Hispanic fighters often. The kid is a true athlete.

This kid should stop talking about the guy who is afraid of Loma.

Did this kid seriously call out Tank a few days ago lol. Tank is levels above and would demolish this kid in less than 7 rds.

I didn’t watch but if he has the tools then he needs a real trainer. Too many guys stay loyal and end up missing out. Imagine how much better canelo would be if he had a real trainer or Danny Garcia to name a few
