I think both will reign over their divisions when the dust settles. I see Jermall becoming a champ at 168 too, maybe even unified champ. I think the most underestimated thing about them is their focus and composure in the ring. No matter what, they both listen to their corners and stay on course. They say it's mostly mental and those guys have their heads on in the ring.
Good points. And they stay in the gym, particularly Charlo. It’s a great fight. I wanna see it.

          Over 14000.

I find it odd how Jacobs was going to expose GGG because he hadn’t fought anyone, but Charlo is going to steamroll Jacobs even though Charlo hasn’t fought anyone. Boxing fandom I guess.

There's always a "what have you done for me lately" atmosphere around fighters. But my opinion on all of these guys has remained the same. The only surprising outcome was the draw in the GGG v. Canelo fight. Predicted that one as a clear UD for GGG. Was a little off there.

Watching some of the fight from last night, Sulecki has good size, can box, and can take a punch. I don't think people are giving him enough credit (Danny didn't look so bad to me). Charlo has looked so strong in his career in part because he has never really had a live dog in front of him imo. When you have someone like Sulecki in front of you, your footwork changes, vs when you for example face someone like Centeno or J Rock.

To look at it from an extreme point of view in order to make a point, imagine facing a flyweight. Imagine how you would fight someone like that. Now imagine facing Wilder. In the first case, you are in seek and destroy mode. You don't even feel the other guy's punches or presence. In the second case, you have to really box in order to find your shot, and even then you can't really load up the same way.

With Centeno or J Rock he had no concern at all about their power. Jermall could load up on his shots vs those guys. Sulecki is not a huge puncher but he is a good boxer and can take a punch, has more imposing size/stance than either of those guys, and has good overall body movement. Jermall would be moving in different directions facing Sulecki, vs what he was doing against Centeno and J Rock. I don't think Sulecki is an easy fight for anyone at 160. I think only GGG knocks him out. (GGG is too good at controlling range and distance with his footwork and jab. He would break Sulecki down and stop him late. Sulecki isn't a big enough puncher to keep him off of him.)

With GGG, Canelo, BJS, Dervy, Charlo, Jacobs and Murata, we should be getting some good fights the next couple years. I hope we get at least a couple in 2018. Until we see Charlo in against one of those guys, or even a Sulecki, we won't really know his level at 160. I think we can all agree we are ready to see him at that level to see what he's got.

Jacobs didnt look any different than before he fought GGG though. His biggest win was a ko win over Peter Quillen. Quillen never beat anyone either.
